Maybe everything has already been covered by Kitchen Confidential, but I doubt it. One of my most disturbing stories involves a wrap roast and a deranged and lascivious chef, and is included in the expanded edition of the book. But I’m sure you have a great story to tell from behind the line. We’d love to hear it.
